Who is Daybreak?
Hi! I’m Tara — a swim mom based just outside Philadelphia.
Daybreak started the moment my kids asked for swim caps that were actually fun—something with personality, something they’d be excited to wear, and something that helped me spot them instantly at a crowded pool.
When I couldn’t find anything that matched racing-quality performance and bold, seamless designs, I decided to create them myself. I sketched dozens of ideas, brought samples to local meets, and had more than 100 young swimmers vote on their favorites.
